Former Footballer's Salary Embargoed for Alimony Debt

Buenos Aires, March 13 (NA) – The salary of former footballer Brian Sarmiento has been embargoed due to a debt for the non-payment of his 10-year-old daughter's alimony, initiated by his ex-partner, Jazmín “Tesi” Posa. It was learned that the woman requested a precautionary measure to embargo the salary that the former footballist receives for his participation in Gran Hermano 2026 to settle the debt for the alimony payment, arguing that he has not paid for 22 months. The accumulated debt was 12,792,348 Argentine pesos, based on the established alimony of 300 dollars per month. Additionally, a fine of 2 dollars was set for each day of delay in payment; therefore, 681 days of arrears were added. “It has already been accepted by justice, signed, and notified to Telefe, Kuarzo, and not a peso will be able to go into Brian's pockets until the alimony debt is settled,” informed the panelist. According to him, the first salary would be embargoed, and the rest would be discussed once Sarmiento leaves the reality show.
